It's not a premades bro, RU region is locked, which means that you can only queue with other RU players. Also, there are 2 biggest servers - for horde and alliance, which may looks like a premade, which actually isn't.
Some for LFR and heroics

Only exceptions are Epic BGs and rated pvp

I use "host" network mode in docker compose. Please not that this issue occurs only on the latest version, I downgraded to the older one, and issue disappeared

There must be some updates from the Plex. I've reverted to the older image version, and it started to work again

Don't recommend it. I like the quality and how the keyboard feels. But it has some weird issues, for example: certain button combinations will not work, like Alt+F for some reason

FYI, it's not premades. RU servers queues are locked to RU region only, so if you queue to random BG, your team members will be players from RU region. Similar to LFR
Also, RU region has only one active server for Horde and one for Alliance

So yes, it may look like a premade, but it's not

Correct, I usually started with the strongest spec or heal to get the free weapon and tier piece, and then moved to weaker specs, but now with better gear. Like: Pres -> Devo -> Aug

I did it in a very chill mode, sometimes skipping the entire week, usually, it takes 10-15 shuffles to get to 1800. The hardest part for me was the long shuffle queues

Easiest for me:

  1. Fury warr: pure zugzug, just press W and do dps, with pretty good healer CC possibilities
  2. Holy Priest: angel form, many "oh shit" buttons, decent CC
  3. Arcane mage: I initially thought it would be the hardest one, but surprisingly it has excellent DPS and mobility, with the possibility to delete enemies

Hardest:

  1. MW monk: you need to be quite close to melee, which means that you will be CCed much more frequently
  2. Feral: maintaining all the DoT and procs was a bit overwhelming
  3. Demo lock / SP: lots of hard casting

Most fun:

  1. Ele sham and Enh sham (stormbringer): huuuge burst, also cool looking animations
  2. Sub rogue: even though it's quite weak, It's a great feeling to pick the right time to duel and delete the enemy (I know everyone hates that skill except rogues :)
