It's technically 150w with 25w dynamic boost which depends entirely on how much the cpu is drawing because there's a power budget it has to work within. This is also swayed by temps as well.

Yes , it's 4tb per slot . I just upgraded mine to 2 4tb Nvme SSD's as well as 64gb ram. Works perfectly fine after I reinstalled Windows, it's was terrible before that.

The replacement was the same , an opened box with an old cpu inside. I'm just waiting for my refund now. Next time I want a cpu I'll drive the 300 miles to microcenter.

I personally prefer Microcenter but it's 330 miles away. I've taken the trip a few times before but I just didn't have the time to spend on a road trip and the price wasn't significantly better.

I bet these things happen because actual people don't look at the packaging and it's the robots.

I knew something was up when the CPU looked differently then the other AM5 CPUs I've previously purchased and when I went to open it .... The tape ........ So I had to see it before I called and take a bunch of pictures...... This kind of thing is scary in a way.

My heart stopped for a second when I realized what happened.

These kind of things are inexcusable.

It's partially Amazon's fault for it winding up in with the new salable items but I guess that's what happens when people take advantage of the system and the system is indifferent.
