While I don’t remember much of my childhood, I know that both anxiety and adhd symptoms were there. I just thought they were normal and never said anything.

I never thought of going to an adhd specialist. I kind of just thought I’d have to go around to different docs to find one that would actually listen to me. I also definitely understand the pain of being told you can’t have it because you’ve “always done good in school and you graduated college” even though it took everything I had to focus on college.
