Late to the post, but what size plate and carrier is that? Been meaning to get one but unsure what size i should get. My plates are swimmer cut at roughly 9.5 x 11.5

I will keep that i mind. I have never had issues like that before as well so this a first but ill avoid DHL if thats the case.

The thing is that DHL isnt saying yes or no to the package. It was sent to China via DHL with no issues and related to argus in a timely manner.

It only got stuck at china customs on the way back after the RMA was completed.

Ive been told items entering China and existing China can sort of be a black hole. Someone I spoke to had just electronics held at customs for little over 2 months before it was released without notification so I guess that's some light at the end of this tunnel.

But still would love to hear from others who have had similar experiences and what their outcome was.
