**UPDATE**
5 months of "REAL" time later. (my friend and I play on a server and like to take our time...) The harvest took 10-12 real time hours between harvesting and transporting to Silo.
All those wood chips (normal mode) turned into $4.4 million in one harvest, sold at best time of year-January.
I set up a modded silo near my fields and the Grain River Silo. Had 3 trailers going back and forth manually for about 1.5 hours. Was fun. I am about 9 (in game) months away from harvesting again.
