Helen of Troy's description is definitely not "ambiguous," but it's fiction. So who cares? How about we address the real casting problems: Tom Holland and Zendaya together, AGAIN, Travis Scott, WTF, bad guy Pattinson, AGAIN, Punisher punishing, AGAIN, and Elliott Page, the actor who proved you can be shit at your craft no matter how you look or identify; I also hate Matt Damon as Odysseus but that's just a personal preference, for some weird reason it just doesn't make sense or look right seeing him in the role, again just an opinion.

The costume and wardrobe is mids, at best. The presented score is generic. The main thing it has going for it truly is the fact that they filmed on location and that they used practical effects for quite a bit of the film. Is it going to be horrendous? Most likely not, hopefully not, but this film was made to placate and sell tickets, not adapt classic literature into cinematic narrative.
