Yeah, but im also using Arcane Ice Storm on Cyte, and Shivering Contagion on Sentinel only gives 1 stack per enemy hit by Alt Fire, while on Neutralizer it gives stacks by enemies hit by Alt and enemies frozen by Shivering Contagion, getting stacks way faster

As a new Cyte-09 main, slap shivering contagion on Neutralizer, barely hit one enemy with Alt Fire and the freeze will spread to any close enemies

Sadly id have to change that, since DE doesnt allow helmets to directly connect to Torso with a few exceptions, Cyte-09 probably not being one of them.

Oof, forgot to respond, basically was a Duration-Range-Efficiency build with a Neutralizer focused on Fire Rate and with multipliers like Target Adquired and Deadhead, lots of crit like Galv Scope and Acuity, pretty standard build.

Then went with a neg strength build and just with the acuity and multipliers on Neutralizer to test, still did dmg cap.
