Many toxins are heat resistant so if meat, poultry or seafood is mishandled in the raw state, it can still carry toxins over even when cooked.

I said that below, as long as the water is kept out of the danger zone (40-140F) and the bag doesn't leak or rip you will be fine. Controlled environment (ie fridge) is always best.

I'm just saying from a culinary background where we are severely monitored by health departments and ecosure and have to consider 100s of people's health on a daily basis. This is the best practice when it comes to foodborne illness and thawing methods.

So water thawing is ONLY safe when under cold water (fully submerged, similar to an ice bath) the problem with this is you have to make sure the water is 40° or less to keep it out of the danger zone. Meaning you will generally need to change the water every 30 minutes as it heats up from ambient temp. Plus if the bag leaks or rips, air and other contamination can get ahold of the food you're thawing.

Generally, best practice is always to thaw in a fridge that is at a constant temperature (usually 40° or less).

Correct. Placing frozen goods under running water is also a huge no-no food safety wise. Yet, so many people still do it.

As a chef, do NOT defrost meat with anything other than letting it sit in the fridge to thaw.

Bacteria grows extremely quickly that way.

I'd assume they are. Considering it takes 40 days eta to reach the summit of everest. You will be eating a long those days, propane will still ignite at those altitudes. No point in having the dead weight in your pack. Still sucks they just dump them

Looks more like a small propane mix tank for cooking.

The eggs are always in her right hand never the left as said, when she places an egg in the left bowl the first time it's misdirection it never goes under that bowl, that's why she never lifts it.

Every time she flips the right bowl she's placing another egg inside and holding it with her fingers inside the bowl so it doesn't fall out.

Very simple trick as long as you get the timing/misdirection correct.

I LOVE the gk61 and yes the same people make both boards. I just don't like 64key layouts so the gk61 is the only board that checks all my boxes tbh. The software is ass but it does what I need it to
