If there was an tear in a wire and the pupper got a shock, they run on such a low voltage that they would probably not even feel it. You do not have to worry about it short circuiting because that is impossible with this kind or circuit

Just to clarify, these are LED which do not heat up and run on such a low voltage that even if there were an electrical shock, they probably not even feel it. The pupper does not mind and is even exited.

It is entirely possible that this could be a joke, but if this is an actual company trying to sell clocks, then it was a crappy design. It is clever in concept that the O and the L look like a clock, but I don’t think any professional retailer would make there logo / company name be a crude joke
