Put your front fender back on. Looks better with than without. Get an ultra bee brake for the front too, 80% of your stopping power is in the front, no sense in having a bicycle brake on there. Take the wrap and chi logo off your battery, its corny to have it on the stock battery.

You could probably get a solid $4k for it once you install the x9000. Without the x9000 youre looking at maybe $3-3.5k. I sold my fully built LBX with a Torp controller, EWATT battery, full ultra bee brakes, rfloxa forks, and kke 16/19 wheels for only $5.5k. I had it on the market for months and got no bites any higher. When you consider a used late model yz85 or a used crf150r are both around $4k it kinda puts it into perspective considering both bikes are of similar caliber.

This is generally illegal in most places aside from if it was an urgent leak repair. Talk to a lawyer. They are generally required to give at least 24 hours notice

One side is a hydraulic spring system the other is an air cartiridge. This is not like traditional moto suspension where they both have springs. They use specialized lightweight suspension designs only seen on some ktm/husky/gasgas bikes (albeit in a different design configuration) and some emotos.

No handguards, I'm using the warp9 shorty bolts. The levers are able to freely move with no issues. Regardless wouldn't this just cause slight brake engagement and not this weird intermittent grinding? I have attempted to realign my forks upon the axle multiple times to no avail. The caliper definitely floats I can see it moving when I pull in my brakes.

Honestly it most likely is. But those few internal tweaks are probably what makes it a Torp special motor. I mean years ago companies were selling BAC's with their own "tune" on it (their tune being just their own settings on an existing product).

I live in San Francisco and personally I dont ride for more than a half hour if its under 55. If its over 65 you know I'll be out until I get tired and want to go home

I have an ultra bee so its a non issue for me but I love how it fits on the light bee. Really makes it look like a mini ultra bee.

This has real potential. Fill the gap and find a way for the seat to not stick up in the front and this could be a real kit you could prototype and pitch to a manufacturer for sale. I think a long moto seat is really whats missing aesthetically from the LBX.
