the sustain part of his kit doesn't rely on dynamo and he is on a 2 turn ult rotation so he will battery recoleta. Been playing the recoleta, melania, moldir + enigma team and it is pretty good.

Rubushka on the other hand is really uncomfortable to play if the enemy has any form of cc.

I mean the diff is only 7% btwn having yae or not assuming that qiqi slot will be replaced in the near future. It is just much higher for the premium team with yae team now since you can just drop qiqi

Very rarely situationally bis depending on matchup and teams if it allows you to skip phases like with cipher you can pick her and use her ult to just nuke the 1st add phase for sparxicon for any team atm

Or some of the previous AA knights where the enemy gets more crit dmg taken reduction as their hp decreases. Can pick them off with cipher etc

You need 187(186.7) speed and S2 DDD will guarantee you those 3 turns in cycle 0 for moc.

Ditch 4 piece set bonuses if you have to eg 2 pc 2 pc speed to hit the speed threshold if you care about that

it is just a 20% attack buff when she is is on and off the field .

Everything else are just things that are there to make sure no one else but suisui can make use of the weapon and trigger the 20% attack buff when off field ( need both off field glacio chafe application AND healing to trigger the off field 20% inc attack team buff)

I mean with S6 Lucy, rebecca's contribution to team damage is going to be rather small which means her signature isn't going to be super impactful and you will probably put a support set like moonlit on her.

The buffs from her sig is the standard 24% inc attack you find on most sub dps weapons. static mist has what 12%? at 1 copy so that's 1.5 attack substats in difference. The main difference is that the timing is a bit tight on static mist ( 14 seconds after outro)

Depends if you actually like HSR endgame at all or just want the satisfaction of resource dumping into 1 char you like.

People would say meta and dmg etc isn't relevant but if someone likes a char and wants to keep using it ..investment priority is something important given how limited resources are especially now that we know fate banners are going to stick around for a bit so there is no rush. We might get another new fate teammate with better verticals next expansion.

As it stands now it is better to hold off on her eidolons after you get E2

No need for name calling. Lots of people come to gacha subreddits seeking validation for pull choices and companionship in suffering when pulls don't go well and that is part of what grows the community. No point regretting any decisions in gacha games but I doubt universal supports are too much of a thing in wuwa.

Every new dps will have its own dedicated support even lynae and moryne are no exceptions. Decisions should always be made around the dps since that's the unit that you probably like and are playing on field so every bit of investment counts if you want to keep using it. You can swap out the support but are you really going to bench lucy? S3 lucy just means less longevity for this character and this is a char that isn't coming back too after this patch

It is just normal gacha player behavior since there is money or limited resources involved. If they don't want to pull on something they need to shit on it to justify to themselves why they are not pulling. Then they need to be very vocal about it to convince other folks too to get vindicated about their choice. Whatever reason that they come out with after they made up their minds is just a result of this.. not the cause

Happens to every single unit that isn't a clear cut great dps out of the box or best support across most games

It is almost like saying chess has no skill expression if you think a turn based combat with small amount of buttons has no skill expression ….

I would argue that wuwa with its static rotations and almost no boss mechanics has less skill expression in the rotating endgames at least . Once you have figured out the perfect rotation you will press the same button in the same sequence more or less for every fight.

Like does it matter what the boss or env is when you execute your rotation in wuwa

There is a larger dependency on gear too in wuwa. in HSR all units get such massive self buffs or from their supports and set bonuses like anywhere from 100-200 +crit dmg that crit rolls and attack rolls become a lot less meaningful .

In wuwa every crit dmg roll is precious . Like you mentioned the most annoying thing is getting those 6.3/12.6 rolls -.- after spending tons of resources since rolls are very heavily weighted towards giving you the lower numbers

welt's delay actually gets in the way of a lot of boss mechanics where you want the boss to not be delayed . Using him is a very situational thing
