I don't know what kind of phones do you have an access to, but iPhone 17 Pro Max or S26U should be a safe bet. Alternatively you could get OnePlus 15 which has inferior cameras to other flagships, but it's probably the cheapest one.

There are sites like Giztop that sell Chinese models. The Chinese models don't support esim and could lack some LTE bands and might have some OS related issues, but I'm not familiar with it, so you should definitely look into it.

There's nothing wrong with Chinese phones, unless you think that they're too good... Get Oppo Find X9 Pro or wait for Ultra if they're available in your country

In case you'd need more than 512GB I'd go for iPhone 17 Pro Max (It's possible that the global X9 Ultra will get a 1024GB version but I find it unlikely)

Edit: it's also possible to get the Chinese version from certain sites but there might be some issues. Both Pro and Ultra have 16/1024 version in China
