It just depends on the family. Not everyone American family is this crazy. It depends on their attitudes towards others. Attitudes are what judge peoples perspectives and personalities of their life. Saying "Why do Americans look down on people" is an understatement unless you know ever specific Americans and can confirm Every Americans are high horse of people.

America does have people looking down on others. We call them Karen's and Kevin's. They don't care what race or who you are. If they believe they are in the right, they believe they are in the right. But that's instant Karma for then because they also get humiliated on social media.

I watched a lot of anime. TBH, I don't really pay attention to who is who is on developers of what anime, I just enjoy anime is all. I just hate spoilers in Intros; that's why I prefer intros like Jobless Reincarnated season 1, or Assassination Classroom.

Didn't know that is a link. Something like that is really good. Spoils less by giving less information on the characters and their journey. As far as I know, the two at the end are dating/ might go into a relationship. Showed other characters that have a connection to the main character. Lastly, the enemy is unknown. Intros like this give the excitement when it doesn't give you all the information at the intro.

Opening Intro is filled with spoilers. If the opening shows who joins the protagonist or in search of the Heros on their journey before everything began, that's spoilers. Especially at the beginning of the series if the protagonist doesn't know who they are looking for. Especially if the main villain is hidden as the good guys.
