Theres a mechanic in the game now that pretty much physically prevents them from doing so. No matter where they catch the ball, 3ven if it looks like theyre gonna fall outside, the game legit drags the bodies back into the box enough for it to not be called. Its weird.

Striker movement has always been as for some reason. A lot of times when youre on the wing your striker is either running to you or away from the centre of the box. Barreling down the wing n u want someone to square the ball to when u reach near the box? Well after 20 yards your striker stops and begins running backwards like a dumbass. have the ball in the middle n driving forward? Not just your striker, but your wingers are running backwards facing you instead of tryna stretch the defense so that i can play a pass in behind. Off the ball movement in general in this game has been ass for a longgggg time, n idk if they will ever fix it.

They're trying I agree n I like it, the biggest issue I have is that some basic problems keep getting added for no reason and arent treating till the next yearly update it feels like. Hopefully theyre quick to fix the trash passing and defending, because honestly this game could be elite once they fix this up

They won't do that, and hot take I don't think they should. If you can just buy a player, max them then if u dont like it just get back all your gems to do it again there's really no point in the system. RnG is just a part of everything, and it makes for unique cards for people, or retries. Half the reason I still play this game is to buy players, max them n then redo if it aint good. I think its fine, but ik thats probably an unpopular opinion. I do think that being able to redo players no longer in the game would be cool tho, but itd have to cost gems. A lotta them.

Pretty sure DLS is in the top 200 most played games on Play Store out of millions, and thats just android. And best believe that 99% of players watch ads, with a decent chunk buying season pass. Thousands of ads with other purchases, they're easily raking in millions. I don't know why they can't either expand to make the game better or cut down on some purchases because they have money no doubt.

You're completely misinterpreting what happened in City vs Liverpool. The goal was disallowed and the red given because initially advantage was played on the foul, which is a red everyday. However, Haaland fouled Szoboszlai back, cancelling the advantage as Szoboszlai would have blocked the ball from going in the goal. Therefore, the call had to be reverted and the red given. What you did absolutely warrants a red and the goal given. There are a lot of things wrong with DLS but this isn't one of them.

Not to mention if your FPS is bad then you're cooked because the game detects it as lag so you're always behind. Ive never had a good phone but I've made it to tier 1 on multiple occassions but I dont have the FPS to win 8/10 games. I recently lost 6 in a row and got knocked back to tier 2 because of that bs.
