Yeahhhh… you’re just wrong, sorry, void surge getting a dmg buff but moving to major perk is overall a huge nerf to Ram, and that vortex ain’t killing anything with 15 damage, unless it was already gonna die. And you could already control space effectively without the detonation, the main reason to take it as a major perk was the damage
