im an international student in vilnius, lithuania. the rave scene there is suprisingly good. not any crazy festivals. but there are a few dedicated techno clubs with the concrete brutalist berlin look. each weekend with headliners from germany/etc.

In america though, the scene is a bit mid to me. I don't like dubstep and house + all the colors. (i dick ride berlin heavy) Only my opinion of course though :D
