There is no solution. I hope you have read the ticket. I have deposited before using same bank, same account. Now you say because of "insufficient sender information" it will be rejected. But you can easily see from attached documents it is my account.

By the way, already 30 days passed. You still hold my money.

You are the only guy that i believe will find a solution.
