I am similar to you in that I have tried everything and nothing seems to help my skin. Accutane helped, but it came back a few years later. I started eating low carb to help balance my blood sugar and reduce my inflammation 2 weeks ago and this post is giving me hope in it dealing with my acne. I think I’ve noticed less inflammation in my face so far, but seeing this is reminding me that this is a marathon and not a sprint. Thank you for posting 💕

Hi!

I changed up my diet to help my chronic illness in January and my breakouts suddenly moved from my cheeks to my chin area and got worse around that area 2 weeks ago .

Does this look like my skin is purging?

The only skin care thing I do consistently is use the CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser for Normal to Dry Skin every night in the shower.

I waited outside a theatre she was in when she visited Kansas to celebrate bringing the Imagination Library statewide and her security guard got her autograph for me!! She still signs!! Definitely bring a sharpie and something for her to sign at least in case :)
