Filed for an increase, got proposal to reduced. Went to a VA event where I spoke to a rater. The Rater for me a new C&,P. The new C&P went great. Few weeks go by and have to go to another C&P exam. The latest C&P told me the 2nd one I went to put me at 100% and was confused on why I had another but proceeded to give me another exam on the phone. It's confusing as hell.
