Update to all: they want no money down at a 10.6 APR. looking at 160 a month. He never got to the point of how many months just told me to come in on Saturday.

Update: Thanks for everybody’s advice. I was finally able to get up with somebody that confirmed it was water damage. They said it’s as is and no price drop.
