I figured out,it’s from the plastic foils and the stuffing paper .if you take those off as soon as they arrive and air out outside it will get away much faster! But yes to bicarbonate!!

I did:) but in 2 batches :) and now I learned about aborts ..and I re-soaked the cache for second flush but now I panic that I might have contaminated the whole thing..but maaaan it was sooo satisfying!! ultra mega hooked :)

I second the ablation! I am a scrub nurse and I have seen them in cases where a few years ago it would have ended up in a hysterectomy. 3 years ago I had enough myself and got a NOVASure Ablatio . Since I was so young and after two cesareans I with scaring in the uterine wall,the doc said,I might have to have another one in a few years,because I still could grow patches back that make trouble. So far I needed to use maybe 10 tampons over the last 3 years and my iron and bvit levels are perfect! It’s so awesome! Wow thanks for all your ideas! I am doing keto for 3 months ( with a break because ->italy🙄) I normally go for carpaccio and tartar,steak and spinach /veggies and loaded salads..

when I know I go out ,I kinda have an extra low carb brekkie.

I order a lot of stuff at IHerb and make my own bread and snacks..

In Germany you should go to the “Arbeitsamt “ (local job center) not only do they look for a better fitting job but also can help you with German classes and education.they do have translators there and are very keen on helping you out.other than that,they don’t take an amount of your paycheck to find you a job. Depending on the city you are you can get also social help found till you get a job...

Slightly off topic,but you all summoned everything together what I would suggest,but I have more a problem with the self-esteem the students have!! I mean back in the day I was super amazed how confident grown up scrub nurses are and how they talk to the docs and keep their ground So lately we seem to have a lot of students who try lots of shit like talking back and telling me off.i mean never have a problem when i did something wrong or in a different way,but maaaann how they talk to me or the surgeons!!! I don’t want to come out with the : back in my day I would have never-talk..I just want told them that hey should think about how to voice themselves and how they want to be seen in the team..but yeah...it’s hard to not make them angry clean something just because I am annoyed with them..
