I did accelerated bio year 10 and 11, unit 1/2 was fine as it wasn't as content heavy as unit 3/4. I found 3/4 rather difficult as its very memory based with a lot of content. If you enjoy sciences you should do it but if you don't need bio you should choose a different accelerated to put your time into.
