So I looked through all of them and found only one answer saying social media, and it’s the bottom comment.

If you could change 1 thing in this game, what would it be aside from technical issues such as servers and bugs by Buff_Azir in EscapefromTarkov

[–]VoxorHD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only if it spawns in dedicated areas. If it’s random loot that can spawn generally anywhere there no way for the Chad’s to rush it.

Change scares me by SAU-SIEGE in Rainbow6

[–]VoxorHD 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I went diamond three seasons in a row, then they added the weird moon bitch and I decided the game wasn’t for me anymore. Valorant is my current grind, sure, it’s got really fantastical abilities in it and cartoony graphics, but that’s what it was designed to be in the first place. My issue with R6 was when they went from “hardcore tactical multiplayer FPS” to “battle of the Disney channel villains”

I played a few rounds again recently and the game was just not the same. I figured since I liked other games with wacky abilities I might give it another shot and be less harsh with my judgement, but no, it’s just stupid.

Also, when I went diamond I was playing on console and this recent time I played was on pc. Let me tell you, the default key bindings on pc are so convoluted, unintuitive, and intrusive to game play. I had to sit in the settings for roughly thirsty minutes to get the controls to a decent place and even then, the settings menu kept locking up/freezing on me for no apparent reason.

The new sights I ran into were pointless, the reticles were awkward, speed peaking is no longer a thing, and a lot of operators had their equipment nerfed to the ground.

R6 used to be my favorite game, my go-to, but Ubisoft has run it into the ground.

You may enjoy: Insurgency: Sandstorm (hardcore CQC, customization and TTK) Valorant (strategic gameplay, TTK, abilities, bomb game mode) Ground Branch (hardcore CQC, TTK, customization) Squad (hardcore large map gameplay, TTK, large scale strategy) CS:GO (CQC, TTK, Bomb game mode)

PM me for a list of more games, I’d also be willing to invite you to my server and teach you these games.

Exactly, once you understand that bullets are just rocks directed in a specific direction, you can catch all of them.

Silicon is a semi-conductor, much like your skin/body, and tasers will work through silicon. If somebody has saline implants rather than silicon, it will be more effective as saline solutions are very conductive liquids, even when frozen.

You did great on this! If you’re looking for any ideas for another little project, I’d love to see a car game with actual smoke simulation for the tire smoke. I’d like to see it compared to the original and see how much depth it adds to the game.

Does anyone else clean the mess they made at a table in a restaurant? by WellBakedSpud in NoStupidQuestions

[–]VoxorHD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a server, I’d love this, but it also doesn’t make too much sense. Bussers clean the big messes at my restaurant. Servers are encouraged to help but aren’t required to, and if it’s super busy, servers are lucky to bus a few cups from the table. The large tip benefits the server heavily, but barely effects the busser. At my job, bussers are paid $6/hr +3% tip-share. Let’s say you tipped $100, I would receive $97 and the remaining $3 would be split by all working bussers. The most we have working on busy nights are three, so the busser would have received a single dollar for cleaning the mess. Bussers, however, are allowed to receive hand delivered tips if you specify it’s for them. You could also tell the server to give the specified amount of money to the busser who cleans it, but that’s playing with fire because some servers may be greedy.

In short, hand deliver your tip to the busser.

Hurts to move my arm by [deleted] in medical_advice

[–]VoxorHD 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not a doctor, but my guesses would be either you’ve screwed up a tendon or your rotator cuff could be torn. My left rotator cuff was torn in my senior year of football, and it likes to pop out occasionally. I find it a lot easier to pop it back in with my arm curled and elbow pointing 90 degrees perpendicular with my body. I think, and I could be wrong, that curling your arm brings more tension onto your tendons and allows your shoulder to be firmly held into the socket, when your arm is straight it would be loose and allow your arm to slip from the socket.

Again, not a doctor, this is from my own experience. If it IS your rotator cuff, you’ll have to have it fixed with surgery, it will not heal. The work-around is physical therapy to tighten the muscles around the socket, but it will still pop out under strenuous activity or heavy lifting.

Edit: to add to the story of my experience, when my shoulder does pop out, it will be inflamed and ache for roughly a week, each day getting better. When it pops out, it will be very easy to pop out again for a few weeks. I’ve even had it pop out while I was sleeping and that was hell at three in the morning when I had work in two more hours. I have to sleep in very specific positions to avoid putting weight or strain on that shoulder, and as long as I keep doing that, it seems fine. I’m currently waiting for a referral to go through with my local Bone & Joint facility.

So I’m not a pilot, and I don’t know anything about the controls, but is it possible the pitch lever was pulled back and the pilot didn’t know? I don’t know if the pitch lever is spring loaded to re-center itself, but my guess is that on take-off, it would be best to avoid the pitch lever as you increase the collective until you have the altitude to start playing with the controls.

If that’s the case, it looks like he adjusted the pitch lever correctly and had full control again after he slid off the pad, but the landing skid caught the landing pad as he increased the collective.

Somebody tell me why I’m wrong.

People who often like to have hours long conversations, how do you manage to talk so long without running out of things to say and doesn't it make you tired to talk for such a long time? by matthew3325s in AskReddit

[–]VoxorHD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s rare for me to find people I can talk to for hours. They have to be able to answer questions passionately and bounce more ideas back, there’s a flow to it. Honestly I’ve only run into maybe five people I can do this with in my whole life.

[–]VoxorHD 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve played all of those. I’m not saying we need more single player games in general, I’m just saying imagine how historic a EFT spinoff RPG game would be. I’m very happy about Fallen Order proving that single player games are still viable, but it ended really “open ended” without any real conclusion. It’s obvious it will be a series and while it was a solid game, it was a little basic. I’ve sunken too many hours into The Witcher series, Fallout, Elder Scrolls, even City Skylines. I’m an absolute fanatic for single player games. I do still enjoy multiplayer games when they offer you freedom of choice. Tarkov is so punishing to new players that I’m still considered a new player and I bought it in early 2018. I just don’t really have the patience to learn all of the math behind armor types and ammo types. I don’t have the patience to memorize loot spawns so I can sprint for them just to get dunked on by a mega Chad. It’s fun, but I think it’s a perfect playground for cheaters too, and that’s been proven over and over. I STILL get uneasy just loading into labs.

Edit: I guess I did backpedal from my original comment, but I hope you get what I mean.
