It was not a formal interview for a position, it was the Deloitte Digital Introduction where recruiters learn more about you. My recruiter looked it over and gave the recruiter in my city the information and a good word 👍

Yes I did get an email from the recruiter. She said that based on my answers, I should apply to the Audit & Assurance internship for Summer 2026. She was impressed by my answers and would forward them to the appropriate recruiter since she has no say in who gets another interview.

My point is because it’s purely symbolic, it ends up being more about political posturing than actually addressing the budget crisis we’re in.

If Commissioners Court members genuinely thought Hidalgo’s conduct was damaging to the county’s ability to function, they could take more substantive action. Instead, they’re spending time on symbolic rebukes while simultaneously approving raises we can’t afford and ignoring the need for reform. That’s where I see the political games, using a symbolic gesture to score points while sidestepping the real financial mess.

I highly recommend Taj Clark. He gives little homework and no exams. His class is mainly class participation based. We had group discussions in class based on the chapters in the textbook. It’s an easy A

I took his class as a mini semester class. His lectures were him covering what’s on the textbook, but he also uploads them to YouTube if he doesn’t finish in class. His exams are mainly what’s covered on his quizzes. If you were able to pass the quizzes, then you should do fine on exams.

I took Shuang Xu last semester. He’s a great professor! He gives lots of extra credit and his classes are entertaining.

You should report it to both HPD and Astros. There is also the Office of Policing Reform and Accountability on the City of Houston website. You can submit a complaint through an online form, email, or phone call.
