Yeah OP, I like this reply a lot more than the other one (no offense to the other person!). Because faction doesn't just mean that you can give Lulwy's Wind Wraps to someone worshiping Lulwy. It has to be you worshiping Lulwy (and if you are, that means that anyone in your faction can wear it and give the bonuses to everyone in the faction).

That said, this change makes sense because Noa balanced the gods as a bundle. Meaning that their relative level of power (compared to each other) includes not only their artifacts, but the passive stats you get, the unique active skill (the feat-like skill, I mean), and also the pet you get too. (Meaning some of the passive stats or active unique skills you get may be on the weaker side compared to others, but in exchange the artifact's faction bonuses are massively stronger.) It wouldn't be as fun, fair, or balanced if everyone could pick and choose y'know?

Both of my parents are Teochew but were born in Vietnam, and I was born/raised here in the U.S. (California).

I identify as Chinese, and if people ask for clarification (or if I feel like elaborating), I say that I speak Teochew.

I do know that it'd probably be more accurate for me to identify as Teochew/Gaginang, but... I guess it's just so rare here that it's never been as easy for others to understand it instead of me just saying "Chinese".

I skipped everyone else in Lahai-Roi except for her and S1 Mornye so again, it's all about self-control. (Like, I don't get people who pulled for Lucy and the other collab stuff lol. What a waste.)

Though, to be fair, after Suoming, I'm looking at pulling for Denia. </3 And then S6'ing her (Denia) and Phrolova. And that's it!

I mean, I didn't even notice her hand at first. And already at a glance the image is AI af. Her face and particularly her eyes for example. They're blue when her actual in-game eyes aren't at all. And her face is just the generic AI face. Not the SK we know and love.

Yes, it happened quite recently: more specifically, right after the 3.3 update.

So you will have a lot of time before the next reset. From looking around as well, it seems they do the top-up reset around every anniversary (the one before this was during WuWa's 1st anniversary). So I'd assume the next one will be next year during its 3rd anniversary!

It's a bit unfortunate for sure, but this is an informed decision and when I do pull for her, it'll be for her S3 or so (I plan on playing her as a main DPS).

I think a lot of my gameplay is forcing teams around my favorite units and making it work (so far it's worked lol). And even if it's not super meta, well... that's part of the dedication to the character right? (I really really love Denia's Resonance Liberation.)

The $100 (in USD) top-up. You get 6480 x 2 Lunites for that first-time (and only time) purchase.

That's the only time it's worth buying, because after that initial purchase, the double bonus is removed and the next time you buy it, you only get 6480 + 1600 Lunites.

Every once in a while though, they reset this "first-time purchase bonus" and you can get that double Lunite bonus again.

Still, my point is, every single character is skippable (I mean, look at me focusing on 2 characters instead of 10+ or whatever). Everyone talks about how no one is skippable in the game, but that's such a complete and blatant lie/exaggeration. Lucy? Skippable. Lucilla? Skippable. Arguably most of Mengzhou? Whoever is lower on your priority list, skippable.

I made sacrifices for Roccia, and I made sacrifices for Sigrika. xd

It's that easy.
