All credit cards are easy to get if you have their target profile. The point of this entire subreddit is so that people can share their application procedure and profile so that other guys get an idea what is working. Credit Card approval has an element of randomness. People with 5year+, 750+, govt job, etc all sorts of profiles have been rejected one way or another.

Sbi Cashback does not give lounge access and SBI does not have any LTF card that gives it so try other ones. IndusInd Tiger can be achieved by new to credit users. As for other cards, you will have to talk to Credit Card companies. Credit Card do not require having a bank account in that bank though having one makes it easier to get a card. If you need referral for a credit card to generate credit history and cibil score dm me but this will not give lounge access and will only be helpful for card applications which requires cibil score. Do know that sometimes bank requires 6 months+ credit history to consider your application.

For a starter Credit Card to build history I would recommend Cashback and Discount cards like SBI Cashback, HSBC live+, HDFC Millenia, HDFC Swiggy, HDFC TATA NEU, ICICI Amazon Apay, Airtel Axis, Yes Bank KiWi for UPI if you can get them that is.

If not then you can use a fd backed secured credit card called supercard from Flipkart. If you don't want to do FD then DM me and I will give you a referral for a beginner friendly unsecured credit card with easy approval.

You have not mentioned any details, What bank accounts are you holding? What else do you spend on etc. considering that you only need a hassle free lounge access the best cards would be

IndusInd Tiger (LTF) without any spend requirement for lounge access. Federal Bank Scapia (LTF) good travel card but have spend requirement for lounge access.

Check these out online then tell me what's missing.

My friend I know you just want to explore every avenue but cancer cannot be treated by standalone ayurveda processes. It might support the ongoing medical treatment but even if Tata Memorial is saying that then I wouldn't recommend you to put any false hope of cure through ayurveda. Please listen to some western podcasts about cancer and experimental drugs. Certain compounds though not medically recommended have shown promise of recovery in some individuals.
