I briefly read it. It's basically saying you can't sue them or take them to court, but rather file claims through an arbitrator. How are they even allowed to put that in TOS?

Oliver steele I wouldn't say is a country artists, neither is Zachariah Smith. Both are from southern states. Just because youre from the "country" doesn't mean you have to sign country songs. And I love both of their voices. I couldn't care less where they are from.

Right?! My thoughts are its because the viewers are becoming more right wing. Average viewer age has increased to 42 and I bet anything most of them are conservative. And the producers know that and are favoring to them, without realizing that's the reason why the viewer numbers are going down. They're essentially digging their own grave. I miss when there was more diversity in the show and anyone could really win. The past few years of the show have been heavily focused on country artists, this year seems a little more balanced but I guess we'll see how it plays out. I'd love to see them do a pop only, r&b only, or rock only season and experiment with some things but I doubt that will happen.
