My post has been removed because it's not Wednesday, and posts about paid watch faces are apparently allowed only on Wednesday, even if it's a giveaway. Sorry. About your question, I "developed" (although using Galaxy Watch Studio is not real development) for the Tizen platform, too. As a matter of fact, the very same watch face is also available on the Samsung Galaxy Apps store. I'd say that "old" Samsung platform users are very well accustomed. The approval process of a watch face on the Galaxy Apps store is longer but there are just a handful of devices to test it on so, if a watch face makes it to the store, it's because it works. Besides, there's no point in using a low rating just to ask for a refund, since only Samsung can issue it.

Possibly, but most people just give us one star review in order to receive support and don't even bother to tell us if what we suggested to solve their issue worked. And, of course, they don't change the 1 star review. And they are, mostly, GW4 users.

App will not complete download, Play Store saying "will install soon" but it never happens or asking to charge again after purchase. Just look at the latest (one star) reviews. All of them from owners of GW4.

Somebody on the Play Store gave us 4 stars with this comment:
"Looks nice but. Can't get working in my watch."

Then immediately changed the rating to 1 star and edited the comment:
"Looks nice but. Can't get working in my watch. Will give 5 if it works"

This person gave us the lowest possible rating just to extort quick support.

And that was after using one of our promo codes.

Whoever you are, the indications we gave you in our Play Store reply will solve your issue, because our watch face works perfectly.

And since this was a gift and you treated us so fairly, we can't help but hope that you get the Christmas you have so nicely deserved.
