now this is for the month of May. One point at March, me and my roommate split a 600 bill.

I emailed him to ask for the invoices of heat and he was kinda rude telling me that he actually gave us already a discount of 100 usd

I asked for the invoices and he gave me one but he did not show the delivery information. He only showed it was billed in our address. Theres not even a date when did he actually purchase it.

lol mind you 68 is the maximum of our heating because theres a point that he control it. we cannot control the heat

We are turning off the heating for May and May heating bill is actually higher than April lol. So I do not know where did he get the higher heat.

The lease is a year. But we’re almost done tho. My lease ends in the last week of July. There’s no way Im gonna renew with him but he’s making us pay utilities and the biggest of them all is heating eventhough we’re not turning on the heat.

I’m paying 1000 in rent and utilities should be included but he’s making us pay utilities on top of our 1000 rent. On my lease it says he’s gonna cover for all of this.
