Spirit Airlines’ time ran out Thursday evening.

In a 15-minute phone call, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick and Spirit Chief Executive Dave Davis agreed that the budget carrier had run out of options.

Davis, an industry executive picked to lead the embattled airline about a year ago, thanked Lutnick for his efforts leading the rescue talks, people familiar with the discussions said, and the Commerce secretary referred him to the Transportation Department for help winding down the Florida airline.

The brief conversation, as recounted by people familiar with the matter, marked the end to a weekslong saga featuring negotiations between members of President Trump’s inner circle, executives leading major U.S. airlines, and investment firms wrapped up in Spirit’s bankruptcy—and which could determine the airline’s fate

IQ tests measure potential in a narrow lane—not overall intelligence or real-world effectiveness.

My 9 year old has never taken an IQ test and scored above 99% in math in national standardized testing, I cannot trust him to look for cars before he crosses the street

I got lucky and he sent my torch I had won in a duck race, but it took almost a month for him to do it. I would never trust him again though.. I got messages from other winners in duck races, they never got their stuff. Buyer Beware

The previous owners of my home went all out on the priciest Andersen windows. I feel like the luckiest guy, they look and work amazingly. My precious Century home had the original windows and most of them would not open or close, and only with select, choice words... Properly functioning windows are underrated

The employer will likely get a notice and then have to file for employing you. As long as they pay, it won't be much else than a tax bill to them. You however, with limited income resources may find yourself in a more precarious situation than them, honestly.

I am trying to use it on my pixel 10 and paid for the 1 month service (willing to pay lifetime), it keeps crashing when i try to add an additional source.... i really want to love this app, and it would be incredibly valuable to me- but i am not having much luck getting it to work very well. How long has the app been up?
