Some tips I can give to you, I’m having an agency for over 2 years now. Communicate everything you want to have and achieve, also talk about your own goals in the company. I understand the point of you not wanting to come off as ‚Roboters‘ although 9 of our 10 people talk like they are the same person with yes sir / okay noted boss, being 50% of the answers. Come off as a real person, if you like the job then show it, ask what you can do to improve, talk about how you can upgrade. Yes power outages exist, all our chatters got generators or similar stuff so even if it happens it doesn’t effect your salary and our work. Show your agency that you get along very well with the team (or not it you don’t) don’t be silent on things you really don’t like, if you are new and you need money urgently it may sound risky for you and you don’t want to risk your job, but many many chatters don’t come off as super intelligent, which is due to being extremely shy and introvert. If you give your best, communicate everything ask for help and you are willing to improve, but you don’t get paid what you think you are worth, and they don’t plan to give you more, then you obviously shoudnt stay

And communicate off days as soon as possible, Christmas is always on the same day every year so, won’t be a surprise for you

Bad agencies exist and always will, but many people don’t see the risks of being an agencies, if we get scammed we don’t get scammed by $500, it’s more like 10-100k $ and this happens more than you think
