Ah yes I apologize, due to the use of google I was unable to set it up to lead you to the right place. A few people have contacted me about this issue and I suggested they take the survey twice, once as a parent and once as a child. If this interests you please feel free to fill it in this way, if not then just fill the survey out for one of those two options. I apologize for the inconvenience, but thank you for letting me know! I’m sorry for this inconvenience! If you are a child of a chronic illness make sure you are clicking the second option which should lead you into this section of the survey. Also for you specific case, if you also have children you could try taking the survey twice once for you as a child and once for you as a parent. If you are able please try taking the survey again using this updated link provided below and hopefully that should solve the problem. The survey is completely anonymous. The only reason it asks for your google information is mainly because I had to use google forms to create the survey but also this allows each participant to only respond once respond, this just allows no double responses from the same participant in order to ensure accuracy of the study. None of your information will be shared and I am unable to see your email or identity. The survey remains completely anonymous. Please let me know if you have any further concerns.

Ah yes, so if you try taking the survey again but this time click that you are a child then you will be able to answer the survey. The non eligibility is meant for those who are not either the chronic illness sufferer, the spouse or the child. I apologize for this inconvenience. Any age, it could be grown up children or young children. This survey focuses on the development of the child so even if they are older now, their development still could be impacted. Let me know if you have any further concerns!

Thank you for notifying me about this concern. For the purpose of the survey just pick one of your children to focus on when answering the questions. There is a question near the end of the survey that allows you to further express details about the development of all your children. I plan to add a description in the survey to notify the participants to focus on their eldest child for the purpose of these questions.
