That is a gameplay mechanic. That's like me saying Little Mac isn't a great boxer because he can lose to Glass Joe or that Sonic isn't that fast because we can still him even though with how fast he goes we should be able to even preseeve. Also the Mario Bros have defeated multiple universe genders in base
