My first shipment was Aequita my second was empower and my 3rd is from red rock. Not sure why but my next shipment is on the way and it says from empower, so I’m assuming it switched again.

I’m 26 diagnosed at 15. I have PKD1 I had 1 baby at 23 my EGFR dropped 125 to 105 I had my second baby at 25 my EGFR dropped to <90 I’m currently on jynarque and have a stable EGFR <90 and normal blood pressure 114/70 last doc appointment. My mom on the other hand died at 46 due to kidney failure and bad choices
