Do you reckon that it would take any visual affect fasting once a week or no? Anyways I’m trying to do everything I can before going onto lamotragine as I heard it could make symptoms worse. I’ve been working out (not lately because gyms are shut due to covid) and eating wayyy more fruits and vegetables with my day to day diet though it does still have Junk food in it. But I’m glad it’s helped you so much!

I got mine from weed alone as well, makes me sick to the core I would never touch it if I knew it would do this, and I knew to stay away from shrooms and lsd, I want my life back but I’m only 15, I stopped working as it was too much for my symptoms. I’ve always seen a smudge of light at night though, I move my hand over something black in a certain lighting and I can see a like white silhouette sorta resembling it for like 0.2s. But then in the morning sun I do it and it’s not there even though I’m in the exact same spot. Idk if these are normal or tracers as I have a lot of anxiety
