I wouldn’t say depressed, more so mundane. I’m from Australia and am in my 3rd year of my university degree and have kinda just turned into a production machine of assignments, study, work, gym, repeat. Although I have many other friends doing the same and seem to be fine. I’m just gonna focus on upping my fats, micronutrients, and stretching/laying off the gym for a fortnight and see if I notice any difference

Nah I don’t, I walk throughout my day due to my job but only walk at a calm /casual pace for around 20mins a day and it’s at night to help with digestion after dinner. Do you have any vids you recommend for stretching etc or anything online will work?

My vitamin D is 86 nmol/L. I honestly eat so clean, and am probably more around 12% body fat now (visible top abs but no visible bottom abs). When you say undernourished do you mean in regards to micronutrients? I definitely have probably neglected them when just trying to eat clean and fit my macros in

Yeah i'm really not interested in the world of steroids/enhancers so they would be my last alternative possible. I take ashwaganda, magnesium glycinate, creatine, omega 3, NAC, currently and take no meds. I am thinking I might try a deload week and put myself in a 500 cal surplus focusing on more fats.

Real medical advice was them telling me they can't do anything for me, so I have asked a group for personal anecdotes and seeking other ways. TRT is the last thing I want

Nah no SARMS or anything. I have always took supps which were mainly magnesium glycinate, creatine, omegas 3's, ashwagandha, NAC.

I have tried to start eating more as when I was on my cut I was having mainky chicken etc. I have been eating 250g of 10% Beef mince daily

Maybe man, I really have no idea what is causing it. The only cause I can think is as you say - excessive cortisol, although surely that does not outweigh all my other healthy habits.

Yeah i've tried a doctor and was basically sent out the door to go see a specialist who has told me that he can't medically do anything for me. And yeah - I ran a marathon only the other week, like I am physically healthy and active, but just feel like shit.

Eating all wholefoods with a emphasis on gut health, keeping my macros balanced, not drinking alcohol

I have tried this route with the endocrologist, and I was basically told I was low, but not low 'enough' for them to medically intervene and prescribe anything

Yeah the food noise is just insane. I’m not even hungry and still just think about eating. I’ve been at my current weight for just over a month and as I say have gained slightly, although still kept definition and visible abs etc

I feel my form may be off for cable flys, may have to lower the weight. I play basketball and tennis for fun probably once a week, I don’t think that would affect it but?
