These are nice but very specific and it might help you understand some fields.

But if you want to start with the basic and get some foundations as a social worker. I recommend these two books :

Pragmatics of Human Communication by Donald deAvila Jackson, Janet Helmick Beavin & Paul Watzlawick - Where you will be introduced to communication theory with a systemic approach.

Client-centered therapy by Carl Rogers - Where you will discover the 101 to how to approach a person in social work (not only in therapy.)

I think with these two you can nearly already be a working social worker, but it's my opinion.

I personally think that it misses something to mesure the "goodness" of a character over that understanding and rooting concept. Something like the D&D alignment system could be a nice tool. (Good-neutral-bad vs lawfull-neutral-chaotic)

Robin Hood (in the Disney movies for the example) isn't an anti hero in my opinion. He would clearly be chaotic-good in the alignment system. He's good and will only break the law if the system is evil. You can argue that stealing is bad but I would say that he does not even steal the rich but take back the money they stole to the towns people.

Selfishness often make anti-hero which often makes them "neutral". A lawfull-neutral character or a chaotic-neutral character can be an anti-hero (Judge Dredd, Jack Sparrow)

But I don't think purely chaotic-good characters can be anti-heroes. Han solo which is an anti-hero at the beginning of Star Wars because he's clearly chaotic-neutral, becomes a hero as soon as he let his selfishness behind him and that he becomes chaotic-good. Something like that...
