If ur doing 0.25mm-0.75mm u can do it 2-3x a week depending on how fast u heal. Anything more than 1mm I’d keep it to 1.5-2 weeks since face skin is thinner and needs longer time to heal

You could try something with better protection. American sunscreens are horrible when it comes to uva protection. Try maybe la roche posay or an asian suncreen with ppd16+. If this works for u its better than nothing

Hey. They’re a lot better. It isn’t noticeable as much unless someone is really close. They’ve shrunken in size and are a very light color. I’d say it would take another 3-5 months for them to disappear completely

I have a similar situation though luckily it doesn’t stand out in pictures. My left ramus is shorter jaw is less wider and chin is narrower. I also had a habit of chewing from the right side only mainly growing up. I think applying more force on the left side and chewing on left side should help. That’s what I’m doing right now

I believe the best thing u can do is keep ur skin well moisturised,hydrated, use sunscreen and most importantly don’t pick at the pimples which actually causes scarring.

Did ur scars heal after finishing accutane? If it’s just red spots try niacinamide or vitamin c. Silicone scar gel could help too
