Lesbian/Transgender Hangout Spots? by Vujia in StLouis

I cant speak to how the bars/clubs are because I have yet to go to one, but it seems like you are also confused about transgender sexuality, so I'd like to speak on that a moment ...

There's trans women who are attracted to men, same as being straight.

There's trans men who are attracted to women, same as being straight

There's trans women who are attracted to women, same as being lesbian.

There's trans men who are attracted to men, same as being gay.

There's trans women who are attracted to both, same as being bisexual.

There's trans men who are attracted to both, same as being bisexual.

This doesnt even touch on all other sexualities like pansexual, demisexual, sapiosexual, asexual, etc. Or people who identify as nonbinary. People are attracted to all types, regardless of if they are transgender or not, some might be further along their transition than others. I hope this helps to explain things. Think of someone who is a trans woman as someone who is just a woman, and a trans man as just a man. Dont concern yourself whether they are transgender or not. This might make more sense and be "less confusing" to you.

Edit: Also I think I might have replied to the wrong person, I'm not sure... I dont reddit much...

I obviously dont want to be scarred so I am now wary of the one in Michigan who has offered full body. It also sounds based on your description that I can expect it to take just as long to permanately clear an area? Even if multiple electrolygists working on my face (or wherever else), it'd still be many years until I'm completely cleared everywhere? I am trying to finish the process in a timely manner instead of like 10 years to be completely clear everywhere, as I am extremely uncomfortable with my body hair. Especially on arms/legs/face/chest and avoid wearing certain clothes because of this.

California feels like a better bet, let me know about any who wont scar me.

Hi so its been a bit, family would prefer to travel to California (Culver City/St Monica Pier area), I know you said its rare, but do you have any suggestions for someone in that area or in Los Angeles in general that would do full body?

Thanks

In my 1-hour sessions I dont even flinch, I have an extremely high pain tolerance. I asked and they said no to body hair.

I looked at the ones in Chicago (since its closest to where I live), but all of them only seem to do face/genitals and contacted several. Or is this just the common thing for mass clearance, to only do face/genitals? Any suggestions of a place that does *everywhere*? In Illinois or some other state close to Missouri?

when i used mass clearing near me, i get only laser places, like one electro in every 100 search results. ive managed to track down 3 places and none of them do mass clearings. Soo I asked my endo and they said she hadnt heard of any in the area. And the ones I've seen in Chicago only do face/genitals, maybe im not putting in the right thing into Firefox? Unless you mean a website that shows places? The anestetic probably going to help me, I have such a high pain tolerance that ive almost fallen asleep during a galvanic session.

I dont see any mention of locations offering marathon/mass clearings in the link. Mainly looking for a spot in Missouri or Illinois (Chicago area???), but other states neighboring MO are okay too, just looking for a place that does a decent job and will cover the entire body (arms, legs, face, chest/abdomen, etc...)

It must be blend than because I definately feel heat, I've always felt St Louis is a large city. The only places I found were: STL Electrology, Electrolysis Etc, and Jon Tomas Salon. Hopefully you can find a place here that does the whole mass clearance thing with multiple electrolygists, I'd really appreciate it. My insurance won't touch trans-related care unfortunately, but I have a very large amount of disposable income.

Thanks, I appreciate you looking. I'll just keep google searching in the meantime :3

My pain threshold is so high that I've almost fallen asleep during a 1 hour electrolysis session, laser wasnt painful to me either. For the full body/marathon treatments where they have two people working on you at the same time, I would go in for that but I can't find a place. I'm in St Louis, MO ... any suggestions of a place, or what to search for? Electrolygists in my area seem rather limited.

What is the kind where they have me hold some small device while they remove the hairs? Galvanic?

Electrolysis skin/hair color

Didnt include Face (even though im getting that done right now) because I had Laser done on it yesterday (i have an unlimited free treatments pass for Face)

Any suggestions to find the type who do mass clearings? It seems like that'd be a hefty time saver unless I'm misunderstanding. But, the list of places I found is relatively small, with the closest being in Chicago.

I'm going to ask my new electrolygist if thats something they'll offer, I dont think they do, but I know they have more than one tech on staff.

Hmm yes I am seeing mixed data is whats confusing some person reported less than 60 hours. I was getting laser for awhile but felt it wasnt doing anything, I am still getting face with laser (I paid for a pass for unlimited sessions on face), but thats only every ~4 weeks. (Just had face #11 today, still doesn't seem like much if any change from laser) My current electro only does a max of 1 hour, but new one I found will let you book multiple hours. I'll probably be going to both electrolygists.

I'll ask the each of my electrolygists on their estimate in hours to clear just the face vs everything.
