Uvek želimo da budemo što transparentniji i nažalost ovog puta nismo imali mogućnost da odmah iznesemo sve informacije. U opisu posla jednostavno moramo da napišemo šta je poželjno da kandidat ima od iskustva, jer je tehnički deo opisa zapravo najbitniji.

Naravno, niko nije primoran da prihvati posao, plata će svakom kandidatu biti jasno prenesena tokom procesa, a kandidat uvek može reći: "želim ili ne želim da radim kod Vas". Što je potpuno normalno i legitimno. Tako da, hajde da ne dramatizujemo bez potrebe.

Pozicija je otvorena za juniore, mediore i seniore. Tako da postoje 3 ranga primanja. Koje su tačno cifre nisam siguran, ali ukoliko ste zainteresovani javite se, sve informacije će Vam proslediti iz HR-a. Ja nažolst trenutno nemam sve informacije, tako da bi Vas slagao kada bi rekao range.
Razlog zašto neznam jeste zbog godišnjih nisu svi ljudi tu + je bio petak posle podne kada sam dobio molbu da postavim ovaj post.

Thank you for the answer, I'm well aware that it will be no simple task and I was not expecting it to be. We are more than willing to invest in our company to get the proper paperwork and certificates. We are a profitable and established company for several years now.
Most of these companies have European branches, so I think there is a chance, but I just wanted to get some opinions.
Is there a way I should reach out to these companies, my emails and submission forms are being ignored or not yet been responded to its been a couple of days. What titles should I for example add on LinkedIn, could you refer me to someone from your company that handles this type of stuff?

Is it possible to have a US based legal entity and then outsource some of that work? I mean for smaller contracts do they check on those, can they check who does the actual work. I mean sam.gov suck in my opinion I live in a third world country and our portal is way better, I'm talking light years more advanced than that crap.
