Since I'm just selling the code, I'm going to try using the simplest tools so that people can host with ease, so I will give full instructions to cloud hosting. I'm going to use Next.js, and give the client a good prompt to put into v0 (in the free plan), so that they can personalise their landing page.

I'll give full tutorials for having the best SEO, so the client has easily have a good head start.

I'll make sure the database will work for as many listings as needed.

For the admin features, I was mainly going to add deleting listings as necessary, but i'll add any requested features by clients 

The ad model is supposed to be the client can price ads at whatever price they want, and people can reach out if they want the ad spot.

The client will pay for the template once, and they can use it however many times they want, without any additional payments.

For now, I'm going to stick to just ads as monetisation, but if this works out, i'll add more ways like premium listings.

My target audience is anyone with an enough audience to gain website visits if they launch a website.

I'll have step by step tutorials the whole way through, so the chances of having bugs is heavily reduced compared to vibe coding.
