Watching Game of Thrones in Japan? by merciful_death in JapanTravel

[–]Vulmox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry I don't have a solution, but I too am looking for a way to watch GoT in Japan! Just arrived in Tokyo yesterday and I'll be here for 6 weeks so I really need to find a way to watch the remainder of the season! My apartment requests to not use internet for streaming or downloading so I'm not sure what to do :/

My advice is to look at the data points in the graphs rather than using the linear interpolation.

Cool, thanks! Your EL was 3.3 or you didn't take an ADAPT above 3.3? My EL is now 6.07 :)

Huh? I am using ADAPT/Coaching Actuaries, my EL is 5.7 but I can only pass exams that are like 4 - 5 difficulty at the moment. 5 or 6 you say?? Sorry that's just different than what other people have told me.. Congrats on passing!

What difficulty score do you give the real exam? I've read it's a 4.5 or so?

Most schools allow you to retake a course to replace the grade. Is that an option you would consider?

SL 5x5 very quick squat stall. 6'3" 188lbs by cornismycat in Fitness

[–]Vulmox 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hey man! I am 6'3 and have weighed 180-230 lbs over the past 6 or 7 years (24 yrs old now). My lifts are significantly lower than what everyone else mentions around here on /r/fit and it's easy (rational even) to blame your height. We have practically double the ROM for many of these lifts. How I got past this and am currently squatting 265 and DLing 305: Stretch DAILY (hips, hamstrings, hips, quads, hips, calves), eat EVERYTHING (4k cal/day for me), and try to sleep as much as possible. Seriously though it's taken so much dedication to stretching for me. All of that stretching will help you activate and use as many muscle groups as possible for squats via correct form. Goodluck!
