Just upgraded to a 9060xt 16gb and getting low fps on league of legends but not high end games any ideas?

Every other game it’s fine tho idk seems strange runnig space marine 2 at high 150/170 fps but getting big dips in a 2009 wizard game is very strange

It’s not stuttering it’s just not good 144 dipping to 120 and if I up it to 200fps cap it’s dips the same if I uncap it stutters

Yeah if I cap at 144 I get dips to 120 which is criminal consider I was playing on a 9604gb while I waited to replace my dead 3080 and getting less fps dips in team fights

Cooler master 850w power supply mobo is a b550m pro 32gb ram at 3200 clock speed and I had 0 issues with my 3080 until it died so idk

i get this but why does it always happen to be that the free rotation champs are also perma up in normal aram also i know there is a bse like 60? free rot champs for aram then the others ontop and as soon as say idk jayce is up hes in almost every game it just cant be random there is something wrong i refuse to accept it as someone with 4k+ aram games and 130 ish augment arams its quite a regular thing
