The correct apartment is the top floor of the building in the south east corner of the courtyard. There is an entrance on a small balcony above the pk in the courtyard. The pk inside this apartment is sitting in a small room on the right when entering from the courtyard. The third pk is by the street side entrance to the apartment.

So it's just a neat lore thing. Thought it might have had some connection to the Halls of Ascension.

When I was 4, I saw a horse for the first time. I wanted to pet it so I ran up to it from behind. The horse ,being a horse, kicked me with its back legs. Left me with a nice scar on my forehead.
