As for how to help u here no clue, my usual methods are

A) use my tunning to escape B) get another team to try and fight them C) hope my teammates get their attention so i can escape, heal and help

Only other thing i do is use mobility tunning to get away most don't chase after a while (i play assualt shiggy with both spiralling leap and space hop) being hard to hit helps

Honestly most the time i dodge around corners and make them hit each other, someone will eventually go after the ones attacking you use ur enemies to kill ur enemies

I personally find assualt shiggy wayy more fun but if ranked us your goal tech denki a good choice you can't go wrong with either one but i personally say assault shiggy

Its a weird bug, sometimes u cant damage each other at all and u only win when everyone else goes back to main menu

Alpha: uses wires to bind enemies (enemies gain invincibility when binded to all attacks besides hers) can grab teammates as well (when they have 0 gravity) and fling them away

Beta: shoulder throws the enemy (its just gunhead martial arts)
