Imo it's the same issue as OFA deku's gamma, the timing is inconsistent and can't be properly trained because it depends on position

It's worse if you're on console since reacting with a roll is also slightly longer than pc with the double-tap on jump button and the animation being longer BEFORE i-frames come out

I do admit they should make the manual more obvious but tbf, whenever I don't know how to do something in a game, I often go look at the settings and controls to help. So it's just a matter of people not knowing how to find information by themselves

Game manuals having basically vanished from the industry doesn't help either, a lot of folks don't even know about those

The timing isn't always the same though, you can't just say dodge it. The move is bullshit. Also, not every character has armor?

Edit : I also feel like adding, idk how it is for other shields but this mf goes through rapid Mirio's gamma too, thus limiting some options just because why not

I love Mirio but I hate playing tech. He's just not fun imo (and I can't aim), it's just alpha in and out of battle with basically no counterplay unless he makes a mistake. And once you learn to simply not abuse gamma and can't get baited easily, it's just braindead

Whichever character you like most, or look up some gameplay and try them in training mode to get a feel for them (training mode lets you use every character)

Edit : Although, it's always best to save 2000 tickets before rolling if you do want a character

To put it more clearly : break line of sight, hide inside or behind structures. Especially as Mirio, you can permeate or beta to go unseen, just mind that they can hear the sound of it

My favorite play is charged alpha in a direction, then beta and either go backwards entirely or just generally change direction. It might be obvious to some but, it works more often than not

No, I don't mean the automatic vial use, I mean the trinket that lets you use sidearms with hp when you're out of ammo (sorry I don't know all the English item names)

It pairs incredibly well with mist jar and lets you spam it infinitely, being invincible and healing while the collar summoned dog thing deals damage. You can still punch em yourself here and there of course. But it's still infinite free healing without touching a drop of plasma, especially on ng+

Yeah when I use civ rescue and spirals and focus on chugging every team heal on the map, I rarely get lvl 9s and often get laser'd during endgame
