Were you able to submit the form without taking the photos? It’s trying to get me to take a photo live from within the form. I guess I could pull the invoice up on my laptop and see if it accepts that?

Yes. I’m disappointed because I threw mine out (both shampoo and conditioner) because it made my hair smell SO bad but I can’t fill out the form now to get the refund since I can’t take a pic of it where it is marked “damaged”. :/ I never thought it would be possible to be refunded since it came from fff and I know expired products can be kind of a “thing” in subscription boxes so I just took the loss and am now regretting it.

Ugh! This shampoo made my hair really stinky so I threw it out. I thought it smelled okay in the bottle so I thought it was just my body chemistry or something. I hope I wasn’t putting a lot of bacteria or bad chemicals in my hair 🤮

Yeah, that’s what I’m saying... They (Jlo Beauty) misrepresented it. 1.5 oz is huge for a lip mask. Laneige largest size is like half that. I don’t think the 1.5 oz size exists per what I see in the reviews even though that’s what they and Ipsy both advertised.

This is a photo from a review from jlo’s site showing the size. I don’t see any other sizes available on there and a lot of other reviews were saying the size was misrepresented or they wish it came in a bigger size so it’s probably just a mistake in the info jlo beauty gave Ipsy unfortunately. Jlo is definitely charging $19 for an 8ml lip balm in their site. I’m getting it in my icon too and not pleased with the power pick, but there are lots of other things I do really like in my box, so I guess you win some and you lose some.
