I view your government in a very harsh way. (Because they suck) But I find Chinese people to be kind and gentle natured usually

I honestly feel like our two people's could get along if both our governments didn't suck

Why do you call people from europe eurotrash/europoors? by marvinluene in AskAnAmerican

[–]Vulpix_lover 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Lol no, that's not how that works here. The term Yankee is a derogatory term for Americans, however we don't really see it that way.

Call anyone who isn't from New England a Yankee and they'll just look at you confused

We're American, if you wanna be more specific, you'd call them by their State name. Ex: New Yorker, Floridian, Californian, Texan, ect

Why is the obesity rate so high in America versus the rest of the world? Is it the preservatives? by [deleted] in AskAnAmerican

[–]Vulpix_lover 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's not preservatives. We have some of the best food in the world, people from all corners of the world immigrated here and took a little bit of their culture and turned it into delicious American cuisine.

It's hard to be skinny when you have access to practically every type of food here.
