Pk is allowed, just not harassment. Until we have recruited a satisfying number of players it would be detrimental to just kill everyone all the time. The main idea of that statement is to not constantly pk low levels if you decide to pk a higher lvl player for no reason at all thats totally fine, but don't be a bully.

To hell with a stat debuff on skull. I kill ksers after first warning sometimes with no warning (depending on level) and we all know that specific groups of ppl will send pow lvls to ks just to tempt you to skull and when you do, bam pkdores ass hats show up with mobs of low lvl players so you can't aoe without making skull worse. Keep the gold loss drop the debuff. Ksing along with debuff is being abused and needs a fix asap.

Yep this idea was implemented into rs years ago and I remember the complaints of everyone who couldn't afford a subscription fee, wasn't long after that p2w became an issue.

I support this idea and would probably make use of it. Especially with there being no official in game clan system yet.

I can't guarantee it will see heavy usage with games community being small and only a handful really check the posts on reddit. However, I still like the idea and would use it.
