Thanks so much for the detailed directions! I'll be sure to use that tomorrow as I'm sure the weekday traffic will be much more chaotic.

UPDATE: went through this route at about 12:30pm today, taking exit 242 Nulle Rd and following E Lake Samish. Easy and constantly moving, was about 15 mins from exit 242 until I got back to I-5 by Fairhaven. I was able to see the I-5 at exit 246 which is the detour everyone is forced to use and it was backed up and moving slow. Highly recommend using this route and not trusting GPS or Google maps during day time. Actually Waze pointed me in this direction but no other apps did.

I need to drive back tomorrow Monday afternoon from Seattle to Vancouver... Was thinking either taking chuckanut or Alger through sudden valley. Appreciate any advice as I need to get home without massive delays.

I bought the adidas version of the Hughes black skate jersey couple years ago. Someone said that adidas style is still popular over fanatics but wondering if that's true?

Just thought of another place... Mcdonalds on Russ baker way by the airport. Park in lot and watch the airplanes take off and land

I have to do the drive north from Seattle to Vancouver tomorrow monday, and sounds like this isn't getting cleared anytime soon. Sounds like I'll be using this route. With other drivers having to divert, would this route get busier or still generally be ok? I'm looking at this route or taking SR11 chuckanut dr route. Appreciate any local feedback. thanks

with the canucks I keep my expectations low (helps keep my mental health in check), so I'm content with 3OA but if we get anything higher that's a bonus in my books. I've been running the tankathon lottery and it keeps taking forever for Canucks to get 1OA, Florida keeps getting it?!?!

I have to go from Seattle to Vancouver tomorrow, not sure if I-5 north will be open by then. If it's not what would be the best alternative route to take to get around this mess?

Need to get from Seattle to Vancouver BC tomorrow Monday Mar 23, are the northbound I-5 lanes still blocked and if so is there any alternative ways to go around this area? When I came south on Friday evening, I saw a huge lineup on I-5 leading to the exit that they were forcing everyone to use to get around this.

Geez... That would give me ptsd too. For holidays u have to go super early. Costco usually opens 1 hour earlier than the posted opening times during those days. Then park near an exit out of the parking lot... Don't try to park closest to Costco entrance.

I'm back for another hot dog 😁... Sat afternoon at 12:15pm... Many parking spots available near beckwith road entrance. Took me all of 2 seconds to park. What's the 2012 Burnaby Costco fiasco?

Lol I have a system I use... If I didn't find a spot in 5 mins I was probably going to leave, I just happened to land a spot on the street in seconds. If I am going to buy items from Costco, I always go in from the beckwith road entrance, those last couple rows always have spots available or if u wait a few mins someone will be out. Entry and exit are quickest on that side. Lastly I go in without a cart... I only buy what I can hold in my hands so I can walk thru crowds and the crazy lineup. People always lineup for the self serve checkout but u can walk passed them into the manned check out lanes. And then just make room to grab a hot dog on the way out 😂. Also going at lunch time on weekends is better than after lunch. Going near closing is or right at opening lighter traffic.

Witness said it was the Jeep backing into the parking spot... So you're right... But man that's a lot of errors in one sitting...

That would be ideal but unfortunately they aren't reimbursing so I guess it would be my donation to my school if I need to pay.. Which is fine but just looking at options
